We are excited to share the new Argyle Housing realigned Organisation structure.
We have changed some of the client-facing roles and created some new positions to ensure our clients receive access to the best services and support from our highly qualified team.
Argyle Housing has changed some internal staff roles to improve our service to clients, the work we do in partnership with our support services.
Our main goal is to ensure the ongoing wellbeing of our clients and that they are happy in their homes.
So, from the 1st July 2022 Tenancy Officers will now be known as Client Support Specialists.

We also now have a specialised Rent Services team that will be there to offer guidance and support through rent reviews, rent payments, centrepays and linking clients to financial assistance.
