At Argyle Housing, we value diversity and want all our clients, no matter their background or language, to feel valued and included. We understand that accessing information in your own language is important, and we’re here to make sure you can communicate clearly and confidently during your appointment, and fully understand Argyle’s communications, documents, tenancy agreements, and forms.
We have access to the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National), provided by the Department of Home Affairs, and can arrange an interpreter for free during your appointment with us.

Most clients use immediate phone interpreting, which allows us to connect with a professional interpreter quickly during your appointment.
We can also arrange:
Pre-booked phone interpreting
On-site interpreting
Video remote interpreting
These options must be organised before your appointment.
Tell our staff you need an interpreter — either when booking your appointment or when you arrive.
We will arrange the interpreting service for your appointment at no cost to you.
