How to Apply for Affordable Housing

1. Check that you are eligible against all points of the National Rental Affordability Scheme. Have you received an income between $61,322 to $145,811 depending on your family size over the last 12 months
2. go to Snug to create your profile and apply for the property you are interested in. Click here for available properties
3. All communication with successful applicants will be through Snug

Supporting Documents

Argyle Housing is required by the National Rental Affordability Scheme to provide evidence that our Affordable Housing tenants are eligible.

Minimum evidence includes

• Proof of income for all household members over the past 12 months such as pay slips or a letter from your employer
• Proof of identity via photo ID license or passport
• 12 month’s worth of bank statements to prove your current assets
• A copy of a Residential Tenancy Agreement or three detailed rent receipts
