What is Affordable Housing?

Affordable Housing is a solution for Australians on low incomes who are having a tough time affording housing in the private rental market. We understand the challenges you’re facing, and we’re here to help!

You might be eligible if your income in the past year was less than $70,100 to $189,200, depending on your household size.

Please download the Affordable Housing Application Form, complete and return to us where we will review it in accordance with the National Rental Affordability Scheme criteria.

What is Social Housing?

Social housing provides rental homes for individuals who are unable to find suitable accommodation in the private rental market.

To qualify for social housing, you must meet the eligibility requirements set by your state or territory. Check our resources to see if you are eligible.

What is NAIDOC week?

NAIDOC Week stands for the National Aboriginal and Islander Day Observance Committee. It is a very significant week of celebrations in the Australian calendar. During NAIDOC Week we celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Islander Culture that showcases traditions, food, craftmanship, culture and much more!

This year it runs from 7th July, 2024 – 14th July, 2024. This years theme is; Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud & Proud.

NAIDOC Week events are held all around the country and often involve music performances, art showcases, cultural workshops, talks, and activities for children.
