Ainslie Village and Ainslie Lodge are two important housing facilities operated by Argyle Housing within Campbell ACT
Ainslie Village is a unique social housing complex within Campbell ACT. The village consists of 23 properties in 4, 8 and 12 bedroom configurations which collectively house 172 individual tenants in shared accommodation.
Commencing as a Homeless Service in the 1980’s, the village is still home to many residents who entered via those services. Consequently, the tenant demographic may be characterised as people with high and complex needs, the majority of whom are male. There are a couple of related support services co-located on the Ainslie Village site. These include St Vincent De Pauls Blue Door program and Schizophrenia Fellowship NSW.
