Follow the clear and simple steps below to apply for Social Housing. You’ll need to complete an online application or over the phone, await assessment of your application, and review your offer of housing

Argyle Housing also has shared housing available in Campbell, ACT at Ainslie Village. Please visit our section on Ainslie Village to find out more and to apply. Housing at Ainslie Village does not require the applicant to go through Gateway Services and therefore the application form and process differs from that outlined on this page.

Expect a thorough assessment:

Our team will carefully review your application to determine your eligibility and if you qualify for priority housing.

If you’re eligible, you’ll receive a confirmation letter, and your name will be added to the waiting list managed by NSW and ACT Housing.

Remember to respond to our six-monthly letters to maintain your active status on the waiting list.

Stay informed about available housing:

As soon as a property becomes available in areas managed by Argyle Housing, we’ll look for a suitable match in the NSW and ACT Housing Register.

We’ll reach out to you to offer housing and schedule a viewing of the property.

If the property meets your needs, we’ll assist you in signing the lease and making the move.
