Argyle Housing recognises the importance of partnership and dialogue as pivotal to enhancing our services and enriching the lives of those we serve. We are committed to creating meaningful opportunities for our clients, their families, and stakeholders to actively participate in co-designing a comprehensive Client Engagement Policy. This collaboration will ensure our strategies are holistic, grounded in lived experience, and reflective of the needs of our community.
Through collaborative efforts with complementary community organisations, we translate our vision and mission into tangible outcomes, working alongside those who benefit from our services. By maintaining robust relationships with clients, we appreciate that their engagement varies across our portfolio, signalling an opportunity for consistency and depth in our interactions.
Our Client Engagement Framework is established to anchor the principles of community participation within our operational approach, aiming to uplift the standard of housing and property services. This framework will stretch across 17 local government areas, serving as a foundation for initiatives tailored to improve service delivery in alignment with our core values.
The framework, to be constructed through a thoughtful consultation process with Argyle Housing staff and clients, endorses themes such as Partnerships, Listening, Accessibility, Connection, Empowerment, and Support. An illustrative component of the framework is ‘Argyle Places,’ symbolising our emphasis on the community’s impact on strategy formulation. This approach empowers our clients with opportunities and resources needed to realise their aspirations of stable, quality, and sustainable housing—a future we are committed to building together.
Various programs and rebates are available to support tenants. From rental assistance schemes to energy rebates, the government and various organisations offer a range of options to help reduce the financial burden on low-income households and ensure access to essential services.
