Make a Complaint

If you are not happy with our service, standards, practices or policies, you have the right to complain. Please document and submit your complaint to Argyle Housing in one of the following ways:

  • In Person: Download, complete and submit at your local Argyle Housing office

Appeal a Decision

The decisions Argyle Housing makes are based on a set of policies and procedures that aim to be fair to everyone. These policies and procedures are designed to meet agreed standards of service for community housing and to comply with the law.You may not always agree with a decision we make. If you do not, it is important that you use your right as a tenant to ask us to review our decision in one of the following ways:

Request For Access to Personal Information

Access to personal information may be given to a tenant requesting information about themselves when:

  1. The information requested is about the person making the request.
  2. The information is easy to find and retrieve.
  3. It is easy to separate from other information
  4. It does not identify another person
  5. It does not relate to a current court case or other sensitive issue
  6. It is not a repeated or obviously vexatious request
  7. It is not a document prohibited from access under other laws
  8. It is not a document that would result in harm if released

A response will be provided within 30 days of receipt of the application.
