Argyle Housing is a high-performing Community Housing Provider (CHP) with a strong reputation for managing and sustaining social and affordable housing tenancies in NSW and the ACT. We offer secure, quality homes to individuals and families who are disadvantaged in a rapidly inflating housing market, providing much-needed support to those who cannot afford to lease in the private rental market or buy their own home.

As a Tier 1 provider under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing and a registered charity under the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission, we operate to the highest standards of governance and customer service. Our services reach across Southwest NSW and the ACT, with a dedicated team of over 80 employees across 10 offices. We are committed to working with local governments, private enterprises, and stakeholders to create housing solutions that meet the needs of our communities.

Argyle Housing’s success is built on a foundation of people-focused values, transparent decision-making, and flexible, responsive services. We manage over 4000 tenancies, supporting clients from all walks of life. Our goal is to increase opportunities, strengthen local community connections, and ensure successful tenancies. In our 2021 Tenant Satisfaction Survey, we proudly achieved an 85% overall satisfaction rating.
