On 22nd November 2012 Chris Bratchford, Argyle’s Chief Executive Officer, signed a statement of commitment for Argyle Community Housing to develop a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) by 1 July 2013. A RAP is intended to turn good intentions into actions. These are about creating respectful relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island peoples and other Australians. Argyle believe that a well developed RAP, and delivery against our commitments will see us assist in closing the gap of disadvantage between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people and other Australians.
