On Wednesday 18th December 2013, Argyle Housing Wagga held a Christmas BBQ lunch for tenants, contractors and support workers in the Victory Memorial Gardens in Wagga.
Tyrell Ingram from Mission Australia dressed up as Santa for us, gave out presents to the tenant’s children and happily posed for photos with all comers.
Despite the 41°C heat everyone had a great time and enjoyed the day. We arranged for plenty of cold water, drinks and ice blocks to keep everyone cooled down!
The lucky door prize, a ham, was won by one of the staff at Mission Australia.
Wendy Middleton from the Leadership team put her hand up for cooking, whilst the Wagga office staff were busy entertaining, serving and running around making sure that everything went to plan.
