National Sorry Day is an Australia-wide observance held on May 26 each year. This day gives people the chance to reflect and share the steps towards healing for the Stolen Generations, their families and communities. Stolen generations refer to Indigenous Australians who were forcibly removed from their families and communities.

Argyle respects the Traditional Custodians of Australia and values their rich culture and historical significance. Argyle is committed to building genuine relationships and partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and to help create opportunities by providing sustainable housing as the foundation to assist tenants and communities in achieving a brighter future.

If you would like to find out more about ‘Sorry Day’ and the reconciliation movement please visit the Reconciliation Australia website.
