Argyle is required as your community housing provider to cross check eligibility for your rebated rent every 6 months and provide you with 60 days’ notice of a rent change for your home.
You can use this online form to submit information and apply for your rent to be rebated and pay less.
If we do not receive a rebated rent application along with full supporting documentation within 30 days of written notice, your rebated rent amount will be cancelled and your rent will increase to the market value.

The next step is to provide Argyle with evidence of all sources of income, for all household members over the age of 18 years.
Evidence examples include
- Income Statement from Centrelink / Veterans Affairs, for all persons
- If any household member is receiving wages Set hours = letter from each employer stating the gross weekly income or the last 6 payslips Casual hours = letter from each employer stating the average weekly income or the last 12 payslips
- The latest ATO Tax Return for each applicable household member
I understand that in order to have my rent rebated I must provide current income details for all household members. I understand that if I have been dishonest in any of the income information provided, Argyle can cancel the rental rebate and charge market rent.
