Affordable Housing for Rent

Argyle Housing now manages Market Street Lodge in Goulburn.

We have rooms available for rent now.

This refurbished complex offers single rooms and the facilities are all shared. i.e. Kitchen, toilet, dining room, outdoor area and lounge room.

This can be on a short-term or long-term basis. We accept single adults 18 years + only, Men and Women.

Market Street Lodge is located in the heart of Goulburn with a short walk to the train, schools, shops, eateries and supports.

Rent is $250.00 per week. There is also a weekly charge for utilities.

There is no parking provided on the site.

We are very responsive and provide rapid intake processes.
